Guidance
The essentials, and what Pro adds.
The mixer
Three sounds, one storm. Set each level independently — heavy rain with distant thunder, or a gale with barely a drizzle. Your levels are remembered between sessions.
The built-in guide
A short animated walkthrough inside the app shows you how to build a blend step by step. Find it under Settings → How to create your perfect storm.
PRO
Sleep timer
Tap the moon button, pick hours and minutes, and playback stops automatically when the timer runs out — perfect for drifting off. The countdown shows above the play button.
PRO
Saved mixes
Found a blend you love? Tap the bookmark button to save it with a name. Reload any mix with a tap, swipe left to delete, or swipe right to rename.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Does audio keep playing when I lock my phone?
Yes. Pluviophile is built for sleep and focus, so your storm keeps playing in the background and with the screen locked, until you pause it or your sleep timer ends.
What do I get with Pluviophile Pro?
Pro unlocks the sleep timer and unlimited saved mixes, and includes all future features and scenes at no extra cost. It's a single one-time purchase — not a subscription — so there are no recurring charges.
I bought Pro but it shows as locked. How do I restore it?
Open Settings (gear icon) → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro. This also works when you move to a new iPhone.
How do I set the sleep timer?
Tap the moon button next to play, choose hours and minutes with the wheels, then tap Set Timer. The countdown appears above the play button, and playback stops on its own when it reaches zero. Tap the moon again and choose Clear Timer to cancel it.
How do I rename or delete a saved mix?
Tap the bookmark button to open your saved mixes, then swipe a mix left to delete it, or swipe right to rename it. Tap any mix to load it instantly.
The sound stopped by itself. Why?
The most common cause is a sleep timer that's still set — check the moon button for an active countdown. Also check the physical silent switch and volume, and that audio isn't being routed to another device via AirPlay or Bluetooth.
Can I play Pluviophile on my speakers or TV?
Yes — tap the AirPlay button in the bottom-right of the mixer to stream to HomePods, AirPlay speakers or an Apple TV. Bluetooth speakers and headphones work automatically once connected to your iPhone.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and follow the steps for the Pluviophile Pro purchase.
Does the app collect any of my data?
No. Pluviophile has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Your mixes and settings are stored only on your device. See the
Privacy Policy for details.
